Only the lowercase is small in Oooh Baby: its capitals are an ordinary height for the library, while the lowercase falls in the shortest tenth measured against the em. Words typed in capitals set at a normal scale and the same words in lowercase look markedly smaller, so choose one case per line rather than mixing them.
