BPOZZ Design Note

Its smart-font routines position diacritics automatically, so arbitrary base-plus-diacritic combinations, the kind linguistic transcription produces, sit correctly instead of colliding. The file carries GPOS mark-to-mark positioning for marks stacked on marks.
