BPOZZ Design Note

Upstream describes Bowlby One as an all caps display font and points to a separate version with lowercase letters, but the file published here measures as ordinary lowercase: its a to z are true lowercase forms, not repeated capitals. Sentence-case text therefore sets in mixed case, so apply text-transform: uppercase where a design needs the all-caps look.
